The workers also made a few patches - that I requested just that morning - to help make the area secure from birds, until I could make arrangements for further repairs.

Electrical and plumbing was disconnected, cabinets, pantries, kitchen island, appliances, and furniture removed pre-demolition, then reinstated post demolition.
